Now that you have had a taste of the Lord's kindness you must crave pure spiritual milk so that you can grow into the fullness of your salvation. Cry out for this nourishment as a baby cries for milk… Come to Christ, who is the living cornerstone of God's temple. He was rejected by the people, but he is precious to God who chose him.

The Spirit of God whets our appetite by giving us a taste of what's ahead. He puts a little of heaven in our hearts so that we'll never settle for less.

Taste and see that the LORD is good. Oh, the joys of those who trust in him!
