Speak

How could evil men like you speak what is good and right? For whatever is in your heart determines what you say.

Until faith in Christ was shown to us as the way of becoming right with God, we were guarded by the law. We were kept in protective custody, so to speak, until we could put our faith in the coming Savior.

But we continue to preach because we have the same kind of faith the psalmist had when he said, "I believed in God, and so I speak."

One night the Lord spoke to Paul in a vision and told him, "Don't be afraid! Speak out! Don't be silent!

The crowd was amazed! Those who hadn't been able to speak were talking, the crippled were made well, the lame were walking around, and those who had been blind could see again! And they praised the God of Israel.

So speak encouraging words to one another. Build up hope so you'll all be together in this, no one left out, no one left behind. I know you're already doing this; just keep on doing it.
