Anxious

When my anxious thoughts multiply within me, Your consolations delight my soul.

God met me more than halfway, he freed me from my anxious fears.

It is vain for you to rise up early, to take rest late, to eat the bread of [anxious] toil--for He gives [blessings] to His beloved in sleep.

All the days of the desponding and afflicted are made evil [by anxious thoughts and forebodings], but he who has a glad heart has a continual feast [regardless of circumstances].
For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters that spreads out its roots by the river; and it shall not see and fear when heat comes; but its leaf shall be green. It shall not be anxious and full of care in the year of drought, nor shall it cease yielding fruit

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

Psalm 94:19 Psalm 34:4 Psalm 127:2 Proverbs 15:15 Jeremiah 17:8 Philippians 4:6

Fervent prayer dispels anxious care.
