Hand

I keep my eyes always on the LORD. With him at my right hand, I will not be shaken.

You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.

Is there any god like God? Are we not at bedrock? Is not this the God who armed me, then aimed me in the right direction? Now I run like a deer; I'm king of the mountain. He shows me how to fight; I can bend a bronze bow! You protect me with salvation-armor; you hold me up with a firm hand, caress me with your gentle ways. You cleared the ground under me so my footing was firm.

By the power of your hand, O Lord, destroy those who look to this world for their reward. But satisfy the hunger of your treasured ones. May their children have plenty, leaving an inheritance for their descendants.

As your name deserves, O God, you will be praised to the ends of the earth. Your strong right hand is filled with victory.

In your majesty ride forth victoriously in the cause of truth, humility and justice; let your right hand achieve awesome deeds.
