Well-spoken words bring satisfaction; well-done work has its own reward.
Pay careful attention to your own work, for then you will get the satisfaction of a job well done, and you won’t need to compare yourself to anyone else.

So don't get ahead of the Master and jump to conclusions with your judgments before all the evidence is in.
