Pure The Lord’s promises are pure, like silver refined in a furnace, purified seven times over.
The precepts of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; the commandment of the Lord is pure and bright, enlightening the eyes.
Reverence for the Lord is pure, lasting forever. The laws of the Lord are true; each one is fair.
Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? and who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to falsehood and has not sworn deceitfully. He shall receive a blessing from the LORD and (righteousness from the God of his salvation.
So rejoice in the Lord and be glad, all you who obey him! Shout for joy, all you whose hearts are pure!
