River

Yampa River
.
There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, The holy dwelling places of the Most High

My heart bursts its banks, spilling beauty and goodness. I pour it out in a poem to the king, shaping the river into words.

You take care of the earth and water it, making it rich and fertile. The river of God has plenty of water ;it provides a bountiful harvest of grain, for you have ordered it so.

Oh, that you had listened to my commands! Then you would have had peace flowing like a gentle river and righteousness rolling over you like waves in the sea.

Happy and fortunate are you who cast your seed upon all waters [when the river overflows its banks; for the seed will sink into the mud and when the waters subside, the plant will spring up; you will find it after many days and reap an abundant harvest], you who safely send forth the ox and the donkey [to range freely].

You feed them from the abundance of your own house, letting them drink from your river of delights.

Psalm 46:4 Psalm 45:1 Psalm 65:9 Isaiah 48:18 Isaiah 32:20 Psalm 36:8

It’s good to worship God in nature if it leads us to worship the God of nature.
