[ Invitation to the LORDs Salvation ] "Is anyone thirsty? Come and drink--even if you have no money! Come, take your choice of wine or milk--it's all free!

4Get rid of your sins and leave all iniquity behind you. 15 Then your face will brighten in innocence. You will be strong and free of fear. 16You will forget your misery. It will all be gone like water under the bridge.

"But for you who fear my name, the Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing in his wings. And you will go free, leaping with joy like calves let out to pasture.

So that's why faith is the key! God's promise is given to us as a free gift. And we are certain to receive it … if we have faith like Abraham's. For Abraham is the father of all who believe.

[ Freedom in Christ ] So Christ has really set us free. Now make sure that you stay free, and don't get tied up again in slavery to the law.

But now you are free from the power of sin and have become slaves of God. Now you do those things that lead to holiness and result in eternal life.
